| Great info for planning your celebrations |
You made it to the last year in your high school career. You seem to be walking around with a little bit of a macho ego all year as you look upon all the tiny Grade 9s. Slowly approaching is your graduation, but you think nothing of it. You figure you have too many important things to worry about like university applications, tests/finals, than some months-away graduation. Before you know it, the night of your graduation quickly comes. You spend all weekend worrying about how you're going to get there and what you're going to wear. Once you have taken care of the basics, you make your way to the Grad. When arriving at your destination you feel a sense of success and relief. You make your way to the building that looks really old and distasteful, but you figure it has something to do with the theme. Then it hits you! Immediately you recognize that your whole Grad is a total failure. The location is a last minute dump yard. The flower bouquets are already dead or dying, and everybody is standing around in silence, no DJ had been reserved. Then those feelings of success soon turn to guilt as you remember that guy at the beginning of the year who told you to check graduation planning on the Internet. You could have saved your own graduation. |
